- Assuring sponsorship from potentiel Pharmaceutical & Medical equipment
companies by booking a space in the exhibit area, or advertising in the
congress brochure.
- Collection of due payments

Secretarial Services:
- External Correspondance (speakers & participants)
- Pre-registration of delegates
- On-site registration computerized system & production of relevant lists
- International calls & faxes

Professional hostesses during the congress:
- Hostesses at the Congress.
- Office representatives in the hotel for the comfort of the participants.

Equipment and Staff support:
- Technical Equipment:
Slide projector, Overhead projector, LCD projector, video machine, sound system, screen, simultaneous translation, carousels, … under the supervision of a professional technician.
- Registration Desk:
Computers for registration, Name Tags & Labels, Smart Printers, Girls for registration, Final Data.
